Shipping costs are a flat rate of £5 and £15 outside of Europe. For order outside of Europe there is a minimum spend of £100.
2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If that isn’t the case, we’ll take it back for exchange or refund and organise the collection. If this is the case, please get in touch via email@example.com within 14 days of receipt and we’ll get to work. We would expect to receive the product back in its original condition, with all tags attached and if it isn’t in perfect condition we may refuse the right to a refund.
3. PRODUCT CARE
Ecolorica is pretty resistant stuff, but we recommend cleaning it with water and a micro-fibre cloth, or if you need a bit of extra cleaning power, just a natural, neutral soap. Ecolorica will stretch and wear over time, much like natural leather, and develops an aged patina.
4. Product guarantee
Our products are built to last and give you years of happiness from using them. As such, we offer a two year guarantee against any manufacturing fault during that time. If this is the case, please let us know and we’ll get to work on putting it right for you – either with a like for like exchange, or a speedy repair.
